Village Plumbing and Heating was in Pacific Palisades. There are two customers that live on the same street that were having problems with there tank-less water heater. Village Plumbing installed one heat ex-changer and one filter on each unit. At other location, we had to run more test, to find that the Manufacturer is going to replace the whole unit. We will reschedule to come back to in

stall new unit. Manufacturer will ship out over night..
Village Plumbing and Heating was in Malibu, after running new main water service, Village checked back yard and found leak on PVC pipe. Village Plumbing and Heating had to turn off water. Dug up earth and found leak on line. Cut bad section out and replaced. Left water off for 24 hours came back turned water back on, no leaks. Installed 1″ ball valve.

Village Plumbing and Heating was in San Fernando this morning. We installed 1 1/4inch gas line from the meter to heater on roof . Village Plumbing and Heating ran line

up wall over drop wall and across roof to the inlet. Set under test, pulled permitt and hook-up heater after inspection. Village Plumbing and Heating also strapped base line properly.

Village Plumbing and Heating, was in Van Nuys this morning. We were schdeuled to to do a leak detection on a main line at a service station. We went out and got approved to do work, and in the middle of digging the owner called saying he didnt want to pay the price that was quoted to him. So we stopped working backed

filled the earth that was removed and went to next customer.. Village Plumbing and Heating was in Woodland Hills. Long time customer needed a irrigation line to be repaired. Village Plumbing and Heating went out dug up location of irrigation line. Removed bad section of pipe, replaced with new. Replaced earth in ground. Tested no leaks.

Village Plumbing and Heating was in Studio City. Customer had a leak on tube Valve. Kholer single handle- Removed and replaced valve regulator. Tested working fine. No leaks.
Installed new filter for the instant hot as well.
Village Plumbing was in Topanga Canyon, Customer has a Big Problem up there. He and three other houses run off a well. The call was for a leak detection, but it was for no pressure from pump on well. We did a leak detection, but no leaks. Will have to come back and schedule more time to troubleshoot problem. Village Plumbing was in Thousand Oaks, Takagi Tankless Water Heaters, referred a customer to us because we are certified to work on their water heaters. In Thousand Oaks, A little Cafe needed their heater to be serviced for they had no hot water. Village Plumbing and heating, Cleaned the heat ex-changer, and changed the computer board.. In Simi Valley, Village Plumbing and Heating had to do a leak detection because the customers were getting a heavy odor of sewer in their home. We actually didn’t do a leak detection, Tech. was able to locate the problem, there was a vent inside the wall that had become disconnected. Village we return to do the work once approved.

Village Plumbing and Heating was in Northridge today. We have a customer that needed to change out her Appliances. Her washing machine stopped draining water from it. So, today Village Plumbing and Heating was able to remove old Appliances and install new stackable one for her. Village Plumbing and Heating will discard old Appliances when we leave. Village Plumbing and Heating was in Los Angeles. Owner had a gas leak on pilot tube to pilot. Raised control and tightened compressor fittings, and no leaks at this time.
If control valve is moved may start the line to leak again. At that time unit should be replaced..
In Woodland Hills, Village Plumbing removed old spa filter and installed new PenAire Fliter. Plumbed inlet and outlet, set new gauges and tested. Working fine.
Removed and replaced 3/4″ hose bibb on backyard.
Went back to Northridge, and Village Plumbing and Heating
Installed new Takagi TK3Pro. We installed on side of house. Plumbed 3/4″ gas line from meter to unit. Plumbed water from garage to new location, installed water titatium o unit, new shut off and relief valve. Tested working fine.
